基于早期近代城市地图的我国城郭都市空间结构复原及比较形态学研究

This research project focuses on the walled cities in China. Based on the the early modern city maps, the study seeks to present accurate spatial structure restoration and draw largescale historic maps (1/5000～1/10000) of hundreds of typical walled cities. And using the early modern city maps or the historic maps, a comparative morphological analysis of the walled cities is explained in the study. The aim of this comparison is to identify temporal and spatial variations, structural functions and regional types, character of the physical form, the process of the formation and transformation of the walled cities. A novel aspect of this study is the use of early modern city maps drawn in 1870s～1920s, which is the earliest actual measurement maps of the walled cities in China, and of simple implementation to analysis for many of the cities remained almost primitive or ancestral form in that period..This project is an attempt to present a datebase of high resolution graphics of the early mordern walled cities for conservation design and urban planning reference. The work of the project will strengthen the weak link of the current urban spatial morphology study of historical cities in modernization transformation period, and it does refer to an approach to the general aspects of evolution of Chinese walled city in historical periods.

本课题以我国的城郭都市为研究对象，选取该类城市之中空间形态变化较少、同时又存在相对较精确早期实测系近代城市地图资料的1870～1920年代为标准时间断面，开展该时间断面上我国一百多座典型城郭都市的空间结构复原研究，绘制此类城市的大比例尺历史复原地图（1/5000～1/10000）；同时，利用早期近代城市地图与城市复原地图，进行城郭都市的比较形态学研究，系统考察其时空变化类型、功能与区域类型，分析其空间结构特征及发生演化历程。.该课题的实施，不仅可以建立一个有关中国城郭都市的近代地图资料库，为历史古城的保护和规划建设提供分辨率较高的基础图像数据，也有益于弥补近代化转型期这一古城复原研究上的薄弱环节，为深入探索我国城郭都市发生发展的全貌积累必要的材料、方法和理论。

本课题以我国近代的城郭都市为研究对象，选取该类城市之中空间形态变化较少、且存在相对较精确早期实测系近代城市地图资料的1870～1920年代为标准时间断面，开展该时间断面上我国近200座典型城郭都市的空间结构复原研究，绘制此类城市的大比例尺历史复原地图（1/5000～1/10000）；同时，利用早期近代城市地图与城市复原地图，深入开展江南地区65座城郭都市的比较形态学与历史形态学研究，系统考察其时空变化类型、功能与区域类型，探索该地区城郭都市及其传统组构与特征形态要素发生演化的历史过程。.该课题的实施与完成，不仅建立了有关中国近代城郭都市的地图资料库与复原地图库，为历史古城的保护和规划建设提供分辨率较高的基础图像数据，也有助于深刻认识我国传统城市近代化转型的具体历程，并为运用城市历史形态学方法深入探索我国聚落与城市的历史文化内涵与发生发展全貌提供必要的实践经验与理论基础。
