The variations of organic compound concentration and species in seawater have consanguineous relationship with the occurrence of redtide. Because of the complexity of seawater matrix, the diversity and the instability of organic compound, it is very difficult for sampling and analysis of organic compounds in seawater. In this research, sensitive analytical methods for the rapid determination of organic compounds in seawater by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled to gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) are developed. SPME is a new solventless sample preparation method that can be compatible with high-speed separations and offers a unique combination of sampling (from virtually all matrices) and sample introduction to the GC-MS by means of the same simple device. The variations of organic compound concentration and species in redtide seawater are studied in detail. Characteristic organic compounds that lead to redtide are filtrated. It provides foundation for investigation of redtide mechanism and its prediction.
海水中有机物的种类和含量的变化与赤潮发生有密切的联系,由于海水基体的复杂性及有机物种类的多样性、不稳定性,给采样分析带来了很大的难度。本项目拟用固相微萃取-GC-MS联用技术建立海水中有机物的快速采样分析方法;研究赤潮发生前后海水中有机物种类和含量的变化规律,筛选引发赤潮的特征有机物;通过对特征有机物的监测进行赤潮预报研究。
