农产品伤害危机的网络外溢效应、公共危机事件演化机理与社会应急管理研究

This research tries to analyze the complex relationship among agricultural product harn crisis, network spillover effect and social emergence management. .the Research contents are:.The detailed research content is as follows:.(1) Research on the relation of the Product-harm Crisis and Network Spillover Effect.(2）Research on the moderating function of social distance and prosocial tendency on the relation between agricultural Product-harm Crisis and spillover effect..(3）Research on the mechanism depending on which spillover leads to Public crisis event.（4）Research on the moderate function of social mobility technology, organizational conditions of collective behavior on the relation between spillover effect and public crisis event. (5) Public crisis cause by agricultural product harm crisis and social emergency management strategies . (6) Influence of cultural differences on the emergency management strategies of public crisis brought by agricultural product-harm crisis and the implication of international experience. The Research Objectives are: .（1）Draws ideas from the latest foreign researches of product-harm, spillover effect , and emergency management, and integrates concrete characteristics of agricultural product-harm Crisis in China, this research tries to carry out "localized innovation" in China's agricultural products safety management.. . (2) By the analysis of the mechanism of spillover effect in agricultural product-harm Crisis, this research aims to provide theoretical analysis framework to control network spillover effects to protect national agriculture industries..（3）This research tries to establishes an effective emergency management model of agricultural product-harm crisis with Chinese characteristics. .3. Key issues in this research to be solved include:.(1) Mechanism of network spillover effect in agricultural product-harm crisis. (2) Mechanism of offline public crisis caused by network spillover effect.（3）Studies on the effectiveness of social emergency management strategies of public crisis caused by agricultural product-harm crisis.4、Features and innovations of this research are:. 1. For the first time this research introduces the new concept "Network Spillover Effect" into the study of agricultural product-harm crisis.. 2. This study combines the "on-line"information spillover and "off-line" real public crisis which has been ignored by current researches to some extent..3.This study introduces the"feeling-hurt behavior" and "illegal behavior" into the classification of agricultural product-harm crisis, This study also introduces cultural and psychological differences into the comparative study of Chinese and foreign emergency management.

本研究从基于互联网的网络外溢效应的新角度，就农产品伤害背景下公共危机演化机理及社会应急管理进行创新性考察。.本研究的核心内容是：1、农产品伤害背景下网络外溢效应的发生机理；2、网络外溢效应引发公共危机事件的演化机理；3、针对不同类型的公共危机事件的应急管理对策与国际经验借鉴。.本研究创新之处为：1、紧扣当前网络化、信息化社会中农产品伤害事件信息传播沟通的新趋势，首次把网络外溢效应（Network Spillover Effect）引入农产品伤害危机研究；2、本研究将对网上信息传播外溢引发网下公共危机事件的演化机理开展研究，即把虚拟世界的"网上"信息传播、外溢效应与现实社会中"网下"危机事件结合起来开展研究，研究角度具有创新性；3、应对世界经济一体化发展大势，把中西文化心理差异引入农产品安全事件的应急管理中外比较研究，借鉴发达国家的产品伤害应急管理经验从全球化视角考察中国社会的应急管理对策

本项目从4大方面对农产品伤害危机的外溢效应机制以及社会应急管理策略进行了探究。第一，农产品伤害危机事件与网络外溢效应关系的研究，主要从信息的传播机制角度，探究了农产品伤害危机事件导致的网络外溢行为。第二，网络外溢效应发生机制研究，主要从农产品伤害危机中社会距离、亲社会倾向对农产品伤害危机与外溢效应之间关系的调节作用，以及消费者动机的角度出发，探究网络外溢效应的发生机制。第三，网络外溢引发公共危机事件的机制研究，主要从网络意见领袖、社会资源动员技术、集群组织条件角度出发，探究了网络外溢和公共危机事件的内在机制。第四，公共危机事件与社会应急管理对策之间关系的研究，主要从企业补救的角度出发探讨了企业应急管理对策效果，同时从文化差异的角度对社会应急管理模式进行探讨，并对国际上其他国家的经验进行了总结借鉴。
