The key techniques technologies in automatic color matching system which is oriented to the ink-jet color printers are studied in this project based on the science discovery and artificial neural networks in machine learning theory. These key techniques include in extracting typical color samples from color space of printer automatically, the discovery of the basic law of color space conversion, color matching modeling and parameter estimation method based on nonlinear regression and artificial neural networks, gray balance algorithm, four-color printer modeling, and dithering algorithm. The research is meaningful theoretically and practically for color printing and color information processing industry. The outline of this project, its execution, main results, cultivation of person, and using of outlay are also stated in this report. The work in the future is prospected in the end.
通过对RGB、XYZ与CMYK色彩空间分析、研究应用性较强、具有自适应行为的从RGB到XYZ再到CMYK转换的学习算法,并通过对不同纸张、墨水、测试数据的学习,发现以上三个色彩空间之间非线性转换的模型,以解决不同设备间传送图像时色彩无法精确再现的难题,并解决传统技术无法解决的色彩匹配自动化和通用性问题。
