TFM model has received popular attention for being employed as a tool of analyzing and simulating the process of directional adjustment and quantitatively scaling up of the bubbling fluidized bed. However, there are a great deal of heterogeneous structures in a calculating differential element, which have been treated as to be homogeneous in the TFM model, which led simulation results to seriously overestimate the process of transport and reaction in the real reactor. .Based on the method of dividing and summarizing, the local heterogeneous structures in bubbling fluidized bed will be divided into several homogeneous structures in this appplication. And the relationships between the local heterogeneous structure and "transport phenomena and reaction" will be developed by summarizing the momentum, mass and heat transfer in every homogeneous structure and coupling with the balance equations between reaction and transport. The TFM theroy will be improved by implanting the transport and reaction model considering the influence of the heterogeneous structures parameters into TFM model. Thus, the accurance of TFM theory will be improved in simulating the process of directional adjustment and quantitatively scaling up of bubbling fluidized bed. In order to test and improve the above relationship model, measuring the influence on mass transfer and chracterizing the dynamic change of local heterogenous structures will be carried out simultaneously by empolying the oxidation reaction of carbon monoxide over a Pt catalyst. Taking the industrial process of producing ethylene glycol from cellulose as an example, the theroy and method, which are applied into simulating the prcoess of intensifing and scaling up the industrial process, will be tested and improved.
TFM(Two Fluid Model)双流体模型作为鼓泡流化床定向调控和定量放大模拟和分析的工具已得到了广泛关注。但由于TFM模型计算过程中将微元内丰富非均匀结构拟均匀化,从而导致其对实际过程中传递和反应行为的严重过估。本申请拟基于分解与合成的方法,将鼓泡流化床局部不均匀结构分解为多个拟均匀相,然后将各个拟均相中的动量、质量和能量传递加和,并耦合传递与反应的平衡方程,形成局部不均匀结构与"三传一反"的构效关系模型。通过将该反应局部不均匀结构参数影响的传递和反应模型嵌入到TFM模型中,提高TFM理论鼓泡流化床定向调控和定量放大模拟的准确性。使用一氧化碳铂催化氧化为模型反应,在表征局部不均匀结构动态变化同时表征其相际传递行为,检验和完善上述构效关系模型。以生物质制取乙二醇过程为工业应用背景,来检验和完善该理论和方法在工业过程强化和放大中的应用。
该研究中建立了气固流化床中团聚物和气泡介尺度结构参数的理论模型和计算方法,并表征了流化床中计算机网格内局部不均匀非平衡结构参数。基于上述非均匀介尺度结构参数,我们建立了基于结构参数的气-固间动量传递,质量传递和能量传递系数的“构—效”关系,并将计算的结果实验值进行对比取得了良好的一致性。表征了葡萄糖在偏钨酸氨和钌碳加氢催化剂的作用下,加氢反应生成乙二醇的动力学方程,并将该方程与上述理论结合预测了葡萄糖加氢生成乙二醇的过程,为上述过程的工业化提供了理论依据.
