The Diaporthe/Phomopsis complex can cause pod and stem blight, stem canker, stem blight and Phomopsis seed decay in soybean, resulting in significant reduction in yield and quality of soybean. At present, this disease complex has seriously threatened the soybean production in China. However, there are few studies on Diaporthe/Phomopsis complex in China. Therefore, this project will conducted to study the pathogen species, distribution and dominant species of Diaporthe/Phomopsis complex in major soybean producing areas of China. This project will also analyze the phylogenetic relationship of D/P complex using multiple gene fragment sequences, and evaluate virulence difference and damage level by pathogenicity analysis of dominant species on main cultivars in China. The results from this project will not only provide theoretical basis for accurate identification and taking effective measures of quarantine and control of these soybean diseases, but also bring great significance to further studies on epidemiology, resistant mechanism, and resistance gene(s) deployment.
大豆病原菌间座壳/拟茎点霉复合体(简称D/P复合体)能够引起大豆茎荚枯腐病、大豆茎溃疡病、大豆茎枯病以及大豆拟茎点种腐病,显著影响大豆的产量及品质,已对我国大豆生产构成了严重威胁。然而,我国对D/P复合体及其病害的研究甚少,本项目拟对我国大豆主产区发生的D/P复合体病菌的种类、分布及优势种进行详细研究;并利用多基因序列联合分析D/P复合体菌的系统发育关系;通过测定D/P复合体优势种对我国大豆主产区主栽品种的致病力分析我国大豆D/P复合体优势种的毒力差异,结合田间D/P复合体的出现频率和种子感病率评价其危害水平。本研究不仅为大豆D/P复合体菌的准确鉴定及相关病害的检疫与防治策略的正确制定提供理论依据,而且对病害流行学、抗病机理以及抗病基因的发掘等相关研究具有重要意义。
