The agricultural science and technology park is both a technological pole of agricultural innovative development, and a new pattern of innovation diffusion during the process of agricultural modernization in China. New agricultural management entities represented by family farms, farmers cooperatives and agricultural enterprises are not only the leader of modern agricultural development in our country, but also the key receptor of innovation diffusion in agricultural science and technology park. We believe that the innovation diffusion and technology adoption induced by agricultural science and technology park construction will help new agricultural management entities to lead the development of rural areas. Based on this logic, the project will select three national agricultural science and technology parks—Yang Ling, Ding Xi and Wu Zhong Agricultural Science and Technology Parks from Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as empirical cases, and apply the relative theories and methods of economic geography, behavior geography and system science synthetically to set up the innovation diffusion space which composed of core area and its diffusion region(demonstration area and radiation area), and research the adoption behavior and adoption mechanism of the three type of new agricultural management entities in depth. These studies sought to reveal the internal mechanism of innovation diffusion in agricultural science and technology park under the guidance of new agricultural management entities , and explore the comprehensive development way of rural areas with the help of innovation diffusion of agricultural science and technology park and technology adoption of new agricultural management entities . More than that, the project is intended to provide theoretical support for the innovation diffusion and high-efficiency development of agricultural science and technology parks in our country, and develop the research contents of economic geography and rural geography.
农业科技园区既是我国农业创新发展的技术极,也是我国农业现代化建设中涌现出的新型创新扩散模式。以家庭农场、农民合作社和农业企业为代表的新型经营主体是我国现代农业发展的引领者,也是农业科技园区创新扩散的重点对象。基于“园区建设-创新扩散-技术采用-新型经营主体引领-农区加速发展”的逻辑,综合运用经济地理学、行为地理学和系统科学的理论和方法,以陕甘宁地区的杨凌、定西和吴忠三个国家级农业科技园区为实证案例,构建由核心区与扩散区(示范区+辐射区)组成的扩散空间,深入研究该扩散空间中三类新型经营主体的技术采用行为和采用机制,揭示新型经营主体技术需求导向下农业科技园区创新扩散的内在机理,探究园区创新扩散和新型经营主体(技术采用)共同带动下的农区综合发展途径,进而为我国农业科技园区创新扩散与高效发展提供理论支持,并拓展经济地理学和乡村地理学的研究内容。
