In recent years, gas explosion accidents induced by coal spontaneous combustion in coal working face are often happened because of coal spontaneous combustion and gas coexistence, there are great differences between spontaneous combustion risk in common coal working face and in face under disaster environment of coal spontaneous combustion and gas coexistence. To avoid goaf gas explosion accidents induced by coal spontaneous combustion, It is necessary to study forecast technique of first period of goaf spontaneous combustion risk under disaster environment of coal spontaneous combustion and gas coexistence. The subject will study the disaster mechanism of coal spontaneous combustion and gas coexistence in goaf of coal working face characterized by coal seam of high-content methane and easily spontaneous combustion, and analyze Influencing Factors of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf of coal working face characterized by coal seam of high-content methane and easily spontaneous combustion, then, give the division standard of goaf spontaneous combustion risk on coal working face with high-content methane. By establishing mathematical model of goaf spontaneous combustion, the subject will determine goaf Spontaneous Combustion Zone of on coal working face with high-content methane under Gas Extraction, on this basis, build three-dimensional goaf spontaneous combustion risk evaluation index system on coal working face with high-content methane under Gas Extraction. by adopting reasonable weight for each factor, the subject will explore the optimum comprehensive evaluation technique, develop comprehensive evaluation software. The subject is important for early prediction and management of goaf spontaneous combustion risk unde gas extraction, it will be the important foundation of spontaneous combustion risk comprehensive evaluation system.

近几年,因煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害作用,常常发生采煤工作面煤炭自燃引发瓦斯灾害事故,而煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境采煤工作面煤炭自燃危险性与普通工作面存在很大差异,本课题提出煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下采空区煤炭自燃危险性快速早期预测判断,避免采空区煤炭自燃引发瓦斯灾害事故的发生。从研究高瓦斯易自燃煤层工作面采空区煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害发生条件入手,开展高瓦斯易自燃煤层工作面采空区煤炭自燃影响因素研究,提出在抽采瓦斯条件下高瓦斯工作面采空区煤自燃危险性划分标准,建立在抽采瓦斯条件下高瓦斯工作面采空区自然发火数学模型,划分自燃危险区域,构建在抽采瓦斯条件下高瓦斯工作面采空区自燃危险性三维的评价指标体系,确定各因子合理的权重,研究得出最佳的综合评价技术,研发综合评价软件。本课题对在抽采瓦斯条件下采煤工作面煤炭自燃危险性早期预测和管理有重要意义,是建立采煤工作面煤炭自燃危险性综合评价技术体系的重要基础。

项目摘要

近年来,在矿井热动力灾害中,煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害严重威胁着煤矿安全生产。本项目分析了煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害的发生条件,研究了煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下采空区煤自燃影响因素,筛选确定了高瓦斯易自燃煤层煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下采空区煤自燃危险性评价指标,结合专家的问卷调查,引入模糊数学理论,得到了采空区煤自燃评价指标体系;分析了煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下采煤工作面特点,确定了此类采空区危险区域划分标准;构建了煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下采空区煤自燃综合评价模型,研发了采煤工作面煤炭自燃危险性综合评价软件,实现煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下采煤工作面煤炭自燃危险性客观合理的评价,为煤自燃与瓦斯共生灾害环境下煤层工作面煤炭自燃防治提供理论依据与决策参考。
