企业孵化网络的生成、协同与治理研究

Business incubation network has become the effective model for giving birth to the entrepreneur industry in China, the related researches about analysis of internal constitution of business incubation network and exploration of its formation mechanism, however, are scarce. Consequently, this study, which is based on the theory of network organization, the theory of entrepreneurship, and the theory of business incubation network and innovation synergy, focuses on formation process of business incubation network and synergetic pattern among innovative individual by exploratory case studies and the empirical statistical analysis method of large samples. In addition, this study provides the governance strategy for the running practice of business incubation network in China. First of all, this study focus on the formation path of business incubation network vertically at the foundation of case analysis of sub-network constitution of business incubation network, and makes comparison of business incubation network of cross-region, simultaneously analyzing and testing the driving and hindering forces in the formation process of business incubation network. Secondly, this study demonstrates the synergy mode of the technology chain and production chain at the background of region innovation system from the perspective of innovation and synergy, internal coupling mechanism of business incubation network, and synergetic operation mechanism at the background of national system of innovation. Based on all above researches, this study analyzes the evaluation and optimization of business incubation network, and makes analysis of governance strategy of distinct business incubation networks by the comparison of group of cases, and explores associated mechanism among the governance elements, and proposes the effective governance model of business incubation networks.

企业孵化网络已经成为催生我国创业产业的有效模式，但现阶段却缺乏解析其内在构成以及探索其生成机理的相关研究。因此，本项目基于网络组织理论、创业理论、企业孵化网络以及创新协同理论，通过探索性案例研究与实证大样本统计分析方法研究企业孵化网络的生成过程，创新主体间的协同模式，进而为中国企业孵化网络的运行实践提供治理策略。首先，在对企业孵化网络的子网络构成进行案例分析的基础上，纵向研究企业孵化网络的生成路径，并与跨区域企业孵化网络的生成进行比较研究，同时分析检验企业孵化网络生成过程中的驱动要素与阻碍要素。其次，从创新协同的视角研究论证区域创新系统背景下技术链与生产链的协同模式，研究企业孵化网络的内在耦合机制，研究国家创新系统背景下协同运行机制。基于上述研究，分析企业孵化网络的评估与优化，并以群案例比较的方式对不同企业孵化网络治理策略进行分析，探索治理要素间的关联机理，提出有效的企业孵化网络治理模式。

经济全球化和信息技术的发展，促进了企业孵化器的网络式发展，创业创新活动得以在更大范围内展开，网络组织理论研究也为企业孵化网络的应用研究提供了很好的理论基础。本项目主要围绕以下内容展开研究：（1）企业孵化网络的生成特点及影响因素是什么？（2）企业孵化网络生成机制与进化模式如何？（3）企业孵化网络的协同效应影响因素有哪些？这些因素的作用机理如何？（4）企业孵化网络的内层与外层种群具有何种协同演化特征？（5）不同企业孵化网络治理机制对孵化网络绩效有何影响？通过上述内容的研究，试图对企业孵化网络的生成、协同与治理有一个较为全面的认识。.研究表明：（1）企业孵化网络生成过程可划分为触发期、成长期、成熟期，且处于不同阶段的孵化网络其生成过程受不同因素的影响。（2）西安农业科技孵化网络的触发期呈现出高效率、低密度和结构松散的特征；成长期网络效率进一步提升，网络规模进一步扩大；成熟期，网络效率明显下降，而网络密度达到最大值。（3）被孵企业自身特征是企业孵化网络内层网络协同效应发挥的重要影响因素，本项目研究发现社会资本在被孵企业创业导向对孵化网络协同效应的影响中有调节作用。（4）孵化器编配能力是影响企业孵化外层网络协同效应的关键因素，本项目研究发现孵化器识迁移能力及网络稳定能力均直接且间接通过网络协同效应影响孵化网络创新绩效，孵化器创新保护能力对网络协同效应的发挥有促进作用。（5）西安农业科技孵化网络内层与外层种群间呈现一种互利共生的关系，且种群间演化是具有同步性的协同演化；（6）契约治理机制对孵化网络绩效有显著倒“U”型影响，而关系治理机制对孵化网络绩效有显著正向影响。.总之，孵化网络的内生动力诱发模式、协同演化规律和有效治理机制的识别可以为管理者和政策制定者在孵化网络建设与管理方面提供有效的实践指导，也可以催生企业孵化网络相关理论的发展，孵化新模式的探讨。
