本课题应用虚拟现实将现代影像学、计算机图像处理、肝脏解剖学和肝脏外科手术学相结合,跨学科研究:(1)肝脏数据集采集:一是用"虚拟中国人女性一号"肝脏数字化数据集;二是用人的新鲜离体正常肝脏标本和肝移植受体的肿瘤肝脏标本,采用先进的血管灌注技术对肝脏的四种管道分别进行灌注和铸型,置于腹腔模具内行薄层CT扫描,选择灌注良好的肝脏利用"虚拟中国人"数据采集设备进行0.2 mm间距冰冻铣切,获得CT扫描和
