加强自然科学基金成果报道，创办智能科学精品期刊

Intelligence science is significantly important for promoting social progress, and it is drawing more and more attention. CAAI Transactions of Intelligent Systems (TIS) aims to be developed as a top journal in this field. So far it has published numerous high level of scientific and theoretical papers in the field of intelligence science. The TIS is to publish papers supported by foundation projects in order to provide a reference for scientists and to accelerate the development in the field of intelligent science and technology. Publishing the results of the foundation projects can increase the academic level of the TIS, making it better disseminate the knowledge of this field and promote social progress.

智能科学技术对于促进人类社会的进步具有极其重要的意义，越来越受到国家的高度重视。《智能系统学报》以“构建智能平台、打造精品期刊”为办刊宗旨，刊发了大量智能科学科学领域具有自主创新理论研究的科研成果，受到智能科学领域专家的高度认可和广泛关注。为了更好地反映智能科学领域的最新研究成果，推动智能科学技术的发展，拟进一步加强对智能科学领域基金项目成果的报道，反映该领域前沿的热点问题及难点问题，搭建高水平成果展示空间，并为科研人员了解智能科学发展和进行科学研究提供重要参考。通过基金项目成果报道，使《智能系统学报》逐步发展成为智能科学领域高水平的学术期刊，高效发挥传播科技成果的平台作用，更好地为智能科学的发展和进步服务。

2014年在国家自然科学基金的资助下，《智能系统学报》以提升期刊学术质量为核心工作，以特约权威机构知名专家稿件为重点，采取征集国家自然科学基金产文、参加学术会议、加强与学术组织合作、吸引专家参与办刊等多种方式， 期刊学术影响大幅提升，各项学术指标位居同类期刊前列。据中国科技期刊引证报告（核心版）显示，该刊影响因子由上一年度的0.395上升为0.472，在同类的16种核心期刊中，该刊影响因子和影响力综合评价同时排在了第6位。本年度《智能系统学报》获得教育部颁发的优秀期刊奖。
