In modern manufacturing industries, the whole manufacturing system often consists of several correlative stage processes. When quality control and maintenance strategy are integrated for controlling the quality of a multistage manufacturing process, how to enhance the process quality meanwhile reduce the total operating cost by optimal design of quality monitoring is an important topic. In this project, taking the multistage manufacturing process as research object and comprehensively considering the correlation of different stage and complexity of operational cost, aiming to the difficulty of integrating quality monitoring and maintenance stragegy, we will study the optimal design problem of quality monitoring for multistage manufacturing processes under integrating maintenance strategy. The main reserch contents of this project include the following three aspects: Firstly, based on variation theory and reliability theory, the quality monitoring model for multistage manufacturing processes under integrating maintenance strategy will be developed; Secondly, the criterion for evaluating the performance of quality monitoring for multistage manufacturing processes will be studied, then the optimal design of quality monitoring strategy for multistage manufacturing processes under integrating maintenance strategy will be conducted; Finally, the key parameter(s) for the optimal design of quality monitoring will be fixed after the sensitive analysis for each cost parameter. The results of this project not only enrich and expand the research content in the field of statistical process control, but also have important application value for our enterprises to enhance the level of quality control.
在产品实现过程中,整个制造系统通常是由相互关联的多个阶段制造过程组成。对于质量监控和维修策略相整合来进行质量控制的多阶段制造过程而言,如何通过对质量监控进行优化设计,使得在保证过程输出质量的同时降低过程总体运行成本是值得关注的重要课题。本项目以多阶段制造过程为研究对象,针对各阶段制造过程相互关联和运行成本构成复杂的特点,面对多阶段制造过程质量监控与维修策略整合的难点,研究过程的质量监控优化设计问题。首先,结合波动理论和可靠性理论构建整合维修策略的多阶段制造过程质量监控模型;然后,通过确定适用于多阶段制造过程质量监控性能的评价准则,基于经济性能和统计性能对整合维修策略的多阶段制造过程质量监控策略进行优化设计;最后,通过对成本参数进行灵敏度分析,确定影响质量监控优化设计的关键参数。本项目的研究成果将不仅丰富和拓展统计过程控制领域的研究内容,而且对于提升我国企业的质量控制水平具有一定的现实意义。
