In this project, the scientific principle for manufacturing high strength polypropylene filament and flat fiber, as well as the preparation technology of their specific resins were investigated. The interactions between different components of the alloyed resins were characterized, and also the influence of additives on the physical properties of the alloyed resin was studied. Several kinds of alloyed resin with excellent spinning properties were developed. Some key problems existing during the spinning experiments have been resolved. Novel geotextile made of high strength PP fiber and flat fiber was obtained. 高性能、高效益新型聚丙烯土工织物的研制对促进我国传统工业和基础设施的科技进步具有重要意义。本项目研究溶体加工结晶取向的机理及其控制方法,开发在普通溶体加工设备上生产高强度、高膜量聚丙烯纤维与扁丝的新技术。研究织物结构与纤维或扁丝强度膜量利用率的关系,研制高性能聚丙烯土工织物。研究制造这些新材料的科学原理。
