Wumeng mountains, a total area of 74566km2, located at 25°40′--27°30′N and 103°32′--105°40′E between Yunnan and Guizhou provinces in China, is the birthplace of Wujiang, Nanpan River, Beipan River, Chishui River and Heng River. This aera, as an ecological safefuard for the upper rdaches of the Yangtse and Pearl River is very important. The presenttstudy focuses on pteridophyta, mainly its taxa, diversity, distribution types, and its new record. Thus we shall provide a certain new evidence and materials for the floristic and systematic investigation of the ferns in China.. Wumeng mountainous area, as the connected portion at Sino-Himalayan and Sino-Japan regions of East Asia, has rich and unique pteridophytes and possesses of abundant endemic fern species. So it is an ideal experimental and researching base for fern flora and its systematics. It is expectable that at the end of the projict, we shall complete a monograph named “studies on species diversity of pteridophyta in Wumeng mountains”, as well as 4—6 concerned papers delivered in core periodicals and embodied by SCI.
乌蒙山地处贵州省西部、西北部和云南省东北部,位于N25°40′--27°30′,E103°32′--105°40′,为乌江、南北盘江、赤水河、横江的发源地,总面积74566Km2,是长江、珠江上游重要的生态屏障;本研究以乌蒙山地区蕨类植物为对象,主要调查其种类,分布及物种多样性特点,同时发现新分布记录和新分类群,为中国蕨类植物的区系和系统学研究提供新的证据和资料。. 作为东亚蕨类植物两个分布亚区——中国—日本和中国—喜马拉雅的交汇地带,乌蒙山地区蕨类植物独特而丰富,拥有大量的特有种,是我国蕨类植物区系和系统学研究的理想实验基地。项目完成后,项目组将完成《中国乌蒙山蕨类植物物种多样性》专著一部,同时在中文核心期刊及SCI收录期刊发表研究论文4—6篇以上。
对乌蒙山石松类和蕨类植物进行采集、鉴定,该区共有蕨类植物35科102属646种(含8变种及变型),其中,织金耳蕨(Polystichum zhijinense)为新种;软骨耳蕨(Polystichum nepalense)、禾秆紫柄蕨(Pseudophegopteris microstegia)、假毡毛蕨(Davallia multidentata)、膜叶假毡毛蕨(Davallia membranulosa)为贵州地理分布新纪录;统计显示该区蕨类植物优势科为鳞毛蕨科Dryopteridaceae(7属130种)、蹄盖蕨科Athyriaceae(3属72种)、水龙骨科Polypodiaceae(15属71种)凤尾蕨科Pteridaceae(9属70种)和金星蕨科Thelypteridaceae(13属39种),科的地理分布以热带分布的泛热带成分占优势,属的地理分布则以热带分布的泛热带成分和以温带分布的东亚成分为主,而种的分布则主要是温带分布的东亚成分和中国特有成分;根据分析,该区蕨类植物的生态类型可划分为土生、石生、附生和水生四个类型。
