Severe stenosis and obliteration of tracheal grafts caused by softening of cartilages and proliferation of granulation tissues have become unsolvable difficulties for tracheal transplantation. And the main causes of them were proved to be cartilagous absorption and no epidermal regeneration. Utilizing the osteogenesis character of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMP), we tried to induce cartilage regeneration in tracheal grafts by implanting BMP into them. The main aim of our study was to form new elastic stents for tracheal grafts by the newly induced cartilage, which was used to prevent airway collapse. In our study, we establish BMP/collagen dispense systems and inject them into canine tracheal grafts to induce new cartilages. Also we did some related experiments about them, in which we compared the effects of different carries for BMP and different doses of BMP and did them in auto- and allo- grafts, one or two stages and with or without immunosuppressors. We have completed our study successfully on time and publish some articles in some related journals.
既往气管移植实验研究证明移植段软化性和增生性狭窄的原因是软骨吸收和纤毛上皮不能及时再生。本研究采用骨形成蛋白缓释系统诱发移植段软骨再生、同时局部用表皮细胞生长因子刺激纤毛再生,使两者复合移植段形成生物支撑管进行气管移植实验研究,探讨两者在移植段形成生物性支撑管的机理以达到从根本上解决气管移植后移植段狭窄的问题。.
