A double haploid(DH) and recombinant inbred line(RIL) were contructed through one-step anther culture and continuous self pollination of the hybrid between 02428(japonica) and Teqing(indica), respectively. The differentiation of indica and japonica in the two populations was detected by the morphological index and RFLP method. Two sets of test-cross F1 population from 064B/DH or RIL and Xie B/DH or RIL were used in this study and the relationship between the extent of genetic differentiation of parental lines in hybrids and heterosis was studied.The results indicated that intermediate parents with moderate differentiation of indica and japonica played an important role in the utilization of rice heterosis.From the results ,the rational model of plant type components are refined for reference of breeding of super high-yielding hybrids, Liangyou Pei 9 and Xieyou 9308 of inter-subspecies rice with yield potential over 12t/hm2. A set of mononuclear-heteroplasmic CMS(six cytoplasmic-genetic male sterilitys) were constructed through anther culture,molecular marker,cross and backcross.
应用形态指数和籼粳特异分子探针,对构建的籼粳分化程度不一、株型各异的不育系/保持系、加倍单体倍(DH)群体和重组自交系(RIL)群体进行籼粳分化度检测,并进行不育系3窒挡牧嫌隓H和RIL群体材料的测配,分析选育杂种优质与优良株型相结合的超级杂交稻的亲本选配规律,为超级杂交稻的育种提供理论基础。..
