The common environment controlling and ecological problems exist in the construction of both Shanghai and Hongkong, two metropolises, which also have complementarities in aspects of policy, technology, measure and design. The environment control of city, district even little environment has been detailedly and carefully researched by our seminar, firmly based on ecology technological issue of design and according to studying the three-dimensional network (the route and policy): basic thought of three vertical, three horizontals and three centers. Supported by scientific research projects, one monograph and more than 30 scientific papers have been finished, an international scientific seminar and two domestic stage-summing-up meetings have been held, and one doctor and five master degree candidates have been already trained. One relevant discipline group has been established through the study of scientific research projects, which obtained the subsidy set up by the natural foundation of Shanghai Broad research foundation and more complete achievement have accumulated, which have certain realistic meaning and using value to society, economy and sustainable development of urban architecture.
沪港城市发展共同面临资源与环境改善问题,应用的环境控制策略与方法有互补性,本研究是同济与港大合作项目,以两地建筑可持续发展、聚居区舒适环境的比较入手,探索人类面临21世纪的生态与节能建筑、高密集都市建筑小气候、环境策略与方法等迫切课题,总结两地经验与教训,提出环境被动控制的新概念,指导我国城市建筑的环境控制问题。
