With the rapid development in modern millimeter-wave wireless communication technology, The large-scale popularity of communication system is limited by the demands of low-cost, small-size, high-gain and high-integration. As an indispensable part in high gain and integrated system ,Millimeter-wave transmission line and antenna is the point . The structure of Folded Half Mode Substrtae Integrated Waveguide (FHMSIW) applied to millimeter-wave circuits and system is characterised by small-size, low insert-loss, high integration and low radiation-loss. This project intends to establish an analytical expression of the basic dispersion characteristics of FHMSIW , and presnt a new log-periodic Yagi dipole array (LPYDA) antenna fed by FHMSIW,which has the advantages of small-size, high-gain and high-integration. Millimeter-wave basic electromagnetic properties, as well as the loss mechanism of FHMSIW is revealed, and the design method of millimeter-wave high-gain, high integration directional antenna fed by FHMSIW is proposed,which involves landsdorfer shaped, clamp mode and backfire LPYDA antenna structures. Finaly, experimental validation of the basic electromagnetic characteristics of FHMSIW and performance of the antenna is completed.. Apart from laying foundation for the design of millimeter-wave integrated circuits and antenna arrays, the project will provide an high efficient choice for future millimeter-wave high-speed communication systems and radar remote sensing technology.
随着毫米波无线通信技术的飞速发展,通信系统的低成本小型化高增益高集成化成为其大规模普及的瓶颈。毫米波传输线和天线作为系统中不可或缺的关键部件,是系统高增益高集成化的难点和重点。折叠半模基片集成波导(FHMSIW)结构以其体积小、损耗低、集成度高和辐射低等优点非常适用于毫米波电路与系统。本课题拟建立FHMSIW基本电磁特性的解析表达式,提出FHMSIW馈电的小型化高增益高集成度的新型对数周期八木偶极子阵列(LPYDA)天线结构。主要研究内容是揭示毫米波FHMSIW基本电磁特性和规律以及损耗机理,提出毫米波FHMSIW馈电的高增益高集成度定向天线的设计方法,包括Landsdorfer 赋性、钳模和背射LPYDA天线结构,最后完成传输线基本电磁特性及天线性能的实验验证。.本项目的研究内容将为设计毫米波集成电路和天线阵列奠定基础,为未来毫米波高速通信系统和雷达遥感等技术提供一种高效的选择途径。
高增益高集成度毫米波定向天线成为现代毫米波无线通信系统的重要选择之一。折叠半模基片集成波导结构具有体积小、损耗低、集成度高和辐射低的优点。本课题首先采用数值分析、解析求解和实验验证的方式求解了折叠半模基片集成波导的波导波长、截止波长、相位常数、损耗因子等参数, 然后完成了高增益对数周期阵列和八木天线结合的对数周期八木偶极子阵列天线、钳模对数周期八木偶极子阵列天线、Landsdorfer 赋性和背射对数周期八木阵列天线结构以及简易微带线及共面波导馈电的对数周期阵列天线。本课题共发表六篇SCI学术论文,三篇国际学术会议论文,特别是在天线的顶级期刊IEEE T-AP上面发表论文三篇。该课题完善了高增益高集成度基片集成PLPDA天线的理论和设计,为未来毫米波高速通信系统和雷达遥感等技术提供一种高效的选择途径。
