铝工业电解-熔铸供应链调度问题研究

The project is a class of supply chain scheduling problem extracted from aluminum production.The differences from previous studies are the finite waiting time of jobs and loading condition of transport tools to be considered. From the perspective of the enterprise supply chain, we establish the model of electrolyzing and casting scheduling problem in the aluminum industry to integrate the production planning, scheduling and logistics, and then using Lagrangian relaxation (LR) algorithm, decompose and solve the relating model. To deal with the nonconvex property of subproblem after the relaxation, we use convex envelope analysis and variational method to solve the convex relaxation of the subproblem. Furthermore, we consider dynamic supply chain scheduling problem with the release time or the processing time of jobs changing, and use the rolling horizon method to handle the disturbance caused by the deviation through feedback and correction, and solve the problem by LR algorithm embedded the rolling horizon method. The research of this project will enrich the existing supply chain scheduling theory to some extent, and its application in industry is also expected to further improve the decision-making level of the enterprise scientific management.

本项目从铝生产运作管理中提炼出一类新的供应链调度问题，与以往研究不同的是，需考虑工件在工序间的有限等待以及运输工具对工件的选择装配等特征。拟将企业生产计划、调度及内部物流集成，从企业内部供应链的角度建立铝工业电解-熔铸多工序调度问题模型，运用拉格朗日松弛（LR）算法对模型进行分解并求解，针对松弛后子问题可能出现的非凸性，拟利用凸包络分析等变分方法对子问题进行凸松弛求解。在此基础上，进一步考虑工件释放时间或加工时间变化的动态供应链调度问题，利用滚动时域方法对扰动引起的偏差进行反馈和校正，并将滚动时域方法嵌入LR算法对问题优化求解。本项目研究将可在一定程度上丰富现有的调度理论研究，其应用也有望进一步提高企业在调度层面的科学管理决策水平。

本项目从铝生产运作管理中提炼出一类新的供应链调度问题，针对具有运输工具对工件的选择装配特征的铝生产电解槽组批计划问题、无等待(或具有工序间的有限等待)供应链调度问题、带有随机扰动（包括工件信息变化和机器出现故障）的动态调度问题进行研究。从企业内部供应链的角度建立铝工业电解-熔铸多工序调度问题模型，运用拉格朗日松弛（LR）算法对模型进行求解，针对松弛后子问题可能出现的非凸性，拟利用凸包络等变分方法对子问题进行凸松弛求解。在此基础上，进一步考虑工件释放时间或加工时间变化、机器故障等动态供应链调度问题，利用滚动时域方法对扰动引起的偏差进行反馈和校正，并将滚动时域方法嵌入LR算法对问题优化求解。研究结果验证了利用以上方法对LR的改进算法对铝生产供应链调度问题求解的有效性，研究成果可在一定程度上丰富现有的调度理论研究，其应用也有望进一步提高企业在调度层面的科学管理决策水平。
