The current researches on changeover setup have been unfolded according to its some attribute, such as sequence dependent setup, carryover setup, etc. However, there exist these two types of attributes simultaneously for some complicated operational systems. That is sequence dependent carryover setup, which we call as the setup with aftereffect. Although there generally exists this type of setup in industries, current researches about the setup simultaneously with the two types of attributes got few attentions in the literature.. In this research, the setup simultaneously with the two types of attributes will be focused on and analyzed in a systemic way, and electronic manufacture operation system for the lot production mode and container transportation operation system for the single production system will be taken as examples as case studies, respectively. At first, aiming at both the sequence dependent and the carryover setups, the influence mechanism of it on both setup time and setup frequency will be discussed. The quantitative relationship between them will be induced. Then, considering the character of multiple phases of this type of setup, a dynamical programming algorithm will be proposed. Since explosive combination numbers of all kinds of setup combination, heuristic rules will be introduced into the main dynamical programming process, and a hybrid dynamical programming algorithm will be designed and evaluated by means of the lower bounds induced above. Furthermore, setup time will be integrated into the operational time, the global optimization of the whole operational scheduling system will be realized. . Since the application background of this type of setup is of the characteristic of without losing generality, this research results can also provide decision-making support about the setup scheduling for the other operational systems.
针对作业切换的现行研究通常根据切换的某一类属性来展开,如针对其顺序依赖性或沿用性等。但是对于一些复杂生产系统,这两种类型的切换往往是同时存在的,也即,既具有顺序依赖性又具有沿用性,申请者将此种类型的切换称之为具有后效性的切换。该类型切换虽在产业界普遍存在,然而针对其性质的研究却不尽深入。. 本研究对复杂生产系统作业调度中存在的切换后效性的特征进行系统分析,并分别以多品种小批量生产模式下的电子产品组装作业与大规模单件生产模式下的集装箱堆场装卸作业为例进行实证研究。探讨切换后效性的影响机理,解析切换次数及切换时间与切换后效性的量化关系,针对其具有的多阶段性滚动特征以及切换组合的组合爆炸性质,设计动态优化算法,并将切换时间与纯作业时间进行集成,实现作业系统调度的整体优化。. 鉴于该类型切换不失一般性的应用背景,本研究亦可为其它复杂生产系统作业调度优化提供决策支持。
