Exogenous jasmonic acid (JA) and methyl jasmonates (MeJA) significantly induced floret opening in rice, wheat and other of gramineous plant. Linolenic acid (LA) and other precursors of JA biosynthesis, also have the effect. During floret opening, endogenous JA was measured in stamens, pistils, lodicules and glumes in wheat. The results indicated that JA play an important role in floret opening.Salicylic acid (SA) coild inhibit the induction of MeJA in floret opening; while MeJA could relieve the inhibition of SA on MeJA induced floret opening.MeJA could enhance CO2 evolution. MeJA induction on rice floret opening mainly relied on glycolysis pathway and tricarboxylic acid cycle (EMP-TAC), and depended on cytochrome pathway (CP) for adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Ca2+-CaM also participated in MeJA induced floret opening.
研制抗茉莉酸和结薯酸的两种单克隆抗体与免疫定量定位技术,探查茉莉酸类在开颖前后的稻花各部分的含量和分布。从激数平衡和受体敏感性角度对浆片感知茉莉酸类的生理成熟度进行分析。阐明茉莉酸类何以能诱导浆片细胞膨大以及在信号转导中与二氧化碳在时序上的关系。研制成功效应更强的开颖促进剂和延缓剂。
