The radioactive nuclei which are far from the line of beta stability now become the frontier of the research for the nuclear physics as it seems that the different principles with the stable nuclei appear. As limited by the method of production and purification, the basic parameters for the neutron-rich nuclei cannot satisfy the requirements of the detailed design for the next-generation facilities. PF and ISOL are the main methods to produce the rare radioactive isotopes. RIBLL facility in Lanzhou, China is based on PF method. In order to produce the high-quality and extremely neutron-rich isotopes, Beijing ISOL which is under preparation is based on the latest ISOL+PF method. And the feasibility of the ISOL+PF method needs supports from more experiments and simulations..Following the requirements of Beijing ISOL facility, this project plans to perform multi-PF experiments based on the RIBLL and BigRIPS to obtain the latest PF cross sections for the rare radioactive isotopes and modify the EPAX model. Also, we plan to develop the multi-sampling ionization chamber (MUSIC). Based on the multi-PF experiments, the experimental and theoretical researches of beam identification, purification are in plan, too.
远离稳定线的放射性核素,由于呈现出与稳定核素不同的新规律,因而成为当今核物理研究的前沿。由于产生和纯化手段的限制,丰中子核的基本参数无法满足未来核装置精细化设计的需要。PF方法和ISOL方法是产生放射性核束的两种主要手段,国内已建成的RIBLL装置就是基于PF方法的放射性核束装置。为了满足高品质、极端丰中子的放射性核束要求,筹备中的北京ISOL项目采用ISOL+PF的新型放射性核束产生方式,因此需要大量的实验数据及理论模拟提供支撑。.本项目以北京ISOL项目需求为背景,计划依托国内外已有次级束流线装置,开展多次PF实验测量,获得国际上领先的放射性核束PF反应截面,并对EPAX模型进行修正,同时开展在束粒子鉴别气体探测器的研制工作,并且基于多次PF实验,开展束流鉴别、纯化技术的理论和实验研究。
